3 Predictive Dialers for Increased Efficiency in Customer Support



A predictive dialer is something that is mostly used by the telemarketers for calling their customers in an automated fashion. The resource will not have to dial every number and it will save a lot of time for the company. Hard Dialers: These dialers are hardware based dialers and require the use of answering machines for attending the calls. They are very efficient in detection of the call and work better than the soft dialers but the cost of maintenance is much higher than the soft dialers. 

Intelligent Predictive Dialers: These dialers have the capability to connect calls fast and detect if the call is live on other side. They play a message for describing the purpose of call and then if the customer is ready to talk, they will connect the call. The most important aspect of such dialer is that only those customers will be connected who are genuinely interested for the purpose.
